The final episode of the WoW Variety Show is emerging from the Void to reignite the epic battle between the fundamental forces of the Warcraft universe. Succumb to the whispers and tune in to Twitch and YouTube on August 31st.
The War Within™ rises in Azeroth, and with this expansion comes the final episode of the WoW Variety Show! This one-day contest between the forces of Light and Void will bring troops from around the world together to compete in a series of captivating challenges. Keep reading for more information about each activity, join the debates on the Variety Show Discord, and register if you want a chance to participate.
Leveling Race
Episode 4 kicks off with a familiar challenge: a leveling race! This time, we’ll put a twist on the competition and pair adventurers up for a riskier adventure. Each pair of famous Warcraft participants will embark on a daring journey to level up their characters in Khaz Algar, though they will sometimes be interrupted by unique challenges from the Warcraft Roulette! Each new affliction will come straight from the Void, as whispers attempt to divert the participants’ path and be an additional obstacle in their adventures.
Scavenger Hunt
Let the clue-hunting begin! Put on your detective transmogs and get ready to solve a series of puzzles in the four vast zones of Khaz Algar! Warcraft community participants will follow a trail of mysteries across the Isle of Dorn, Resonating Caverns, Sanctification, and Azj-Kahet. Each clue will advance you in the adventure, but it will get more complicated!
Lightning Battlefield
The third activity is a showdown between the forces of Light and Void! Different Warcraft players, both famous and community members, will join forces to battle in various battlefields. The maps will change every round, just like the team rosters! Participants will alternate between fighting for Light or Void as they try to top the leaderboard. Points will be awarded for victories on each map.
In-Game Show
Finally, this episode of the WoW Variety Show will end by paying tribute to the Warcraft universe and its community through a show that will feature characters, items, abilities, experiences, and more. More details to come.
Sun Duel
In episode 4, we will bring back this drawing and guessing activity that was so popular and redesign it to include Warcraft-themed words that fit with The War Within.

A: There are plenty of spots available in both the main activity and the side activities:
- Scavenger Hunt: Open for registration!
- Lightning Battlefield: There are a total of 8 spots available for community participants!
- Sun Duel: We have 15 spots for participants in episode 4. We will keep those interested in mind for future episodes of the WoW Variety Show
- Leveling Race: Participation in this activity is reserved for famous Warcraft contestants, but you are more than welcome to join from home and participate in the challenges.
